For regular days, you can book and attend your session based on available time slots via https://app.linked-u.com/ For weekends and public holidays, slots tend to fill up quickly. We recommend booking 1–3 days in advance.

Can we get an additional discount for group bookings?

Do I need to bring my own outfits?

All branches offer suits and dresses at no additional cost. However, Linked U recommends that FA clients bring their preferred outfits and insurance company uniforms to best match their corporate identity.You can view the wardrobe available at each Linked U branch at: https://linked-u.com/cloth

Can I include awards or an insurance policy book in the photoshoot?

Yes, absolutely. You may bring trophies, sashes, insurance policy books, or other personal items to be included in the photoshoot at no additional charge.

How long does it take to receive the retouched photos?

Linked U is committed to delivering the first edited image on the same day as your appointment, with the remaining images delivered according to the standard SLA stated in this link https://www.linked-u.com/post/retouch

Where are your branches located?

Can I change the date and time after making a booking?

Customers may reschedule their booking free of charge up to 2 times, provided that notice is given before the appointment date. You may contact our admin team or call the branch directly to reschedule your appointment.

How should I prepare before my appointment?

We recommend washing your hair before your appointment to ensure the best hairstyling results on the service day. On the day of your session, you may arrive with a bare face (sunscreen is allowed). If you have favorite outfits, feel free to bring them along so you can decide at the studio whether to use your own outfits or those provided by the studio.
