Job Description:

Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional attitude

Schedule and manage appointments for photo sessions
-
Prepare daily sales and operational reports
-
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with prompt solutions

Promote and sell studio packages and services
-
Handle payment processing and manage studio equipment inventory
-
Take on additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
-
At least 2 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles
-
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
-
Excellent English communication skills (a plus)
Work Schedule:
Shift-based, 6 days per week
