Assistant Manager of Photography Studio
We're looking for a talented Online Admin to join our team!
Our business is a full-service photo studio located in a shopping mall (under the brand Linked U).
Do you enjoy chatting with customers, providing support, and closing online sales? If you're a great communicator with a passion for service and love working in online admin, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
Online Communication:

Respond to customer messages via our main LINE Official Account and other assigned channels

Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and promotions

Offer advice and recommendations to customers to help close sales

Coordinate internally and follow up with customers after service
In-Studio Support:

Work primarily from the office, with 1–2 days/week on-site at the studio

Learn the operational system and coordinate with the studio team

Assist with other tasks as assigned
